JDM catch can comparison

Legit JDM Greddy catch weighs in a 3lbs. 3oz.  Super cool definite points fo' sho'. It's easier to mount  and keeps everything nice and clean.  'Cuz that's how we do fo' sho'.

JDM coffee in a can. Weighs in at 20oz. Quenches thirst while giving your car that JDM vibe.  Guaranteed cool guy points fo' sho' and track.  A bit tricky to mount and doesn't keep the engine bay tidy as the Greddy kit.

Eyes for 3

Time to change how we see things.
A while back I picked up some used Cibie headlight housings.  During my short stint with Volvo's I found someone selling a set on the turbobricks.com forum.  They were 5-3/4 and a perfect fit for Mr. 3.

Shocks

Stopped by RPM auto parts to pick up some parts for the corolla a few days ago.  It's nice to have a place that actually knows what you got instead of asking if it FWD or RWD or tell you that their system tells them that GTS were only coupes.  So if you're in or around Costa Mesa stop by.  They're located at 1113 Baker St, #F, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Custom headers

By Racetoys, very pretty don't you think? This is one is made for 2-TG. I'm sure if you ask nicely and have alot of $$$ then they can make one for your engine.

More Brand Loyalty

I guess when you start stamping TRD on even the most mundane parts, like this roof rack. You will attract the filipinos from all over. TRD is like the filipino man's crack. When they see it, they will come.

A Gift

Before the neighbor left for higher ground to Sacramento, Ca. they left me a brand new filter. Probably stolen when she worked at the dealership. Dunno why since they don't even own a Chrysler product. As most know, i'm not one to waste. Who knew it had the same threads as Toyota filters. Now every one knows. Too bad it doesn't make my car feel like it has 6 more cylinders.

For reference

From left to right: Factory, TRD, Cusco

A friend who works at the parts department at the Toyota dealership gets an order for a TRD LSD rebuild kit. A few days later he gets a call from the customer and says that he was sent the wrong kit. Knowing my friend, he is the bible when it comes to AE86 parts. Rechecks and confirms he sent the right parts. He requests a picture of the differential. He looks at the differential and verifies it as stock LSD and not TRD. So not to put my friend agony and probably any other Toyota parts guy any agony, here's a pic the clutch disc you'll know that TRD discs will not fit in stock housing. I added a picture of Cusco lsd plates just to show that Cusco>TRD.
