Goodbye V8

With the end of the 2013 Formula 1 season.  Means an end to the V8 era.  I'm blessed to have heard your song in person and will now live on my memory.  I can't wait for the era of the dark side, the turbocharge 6 cylinder.

Friday track day

Barney for the most part has been more of a hibernating bear than an attack bear.  Once a year I take him out for a few laps to get the juices flowing before he goes back into hibernation mode.  A few weeks back a friend invited me out to streets of willow for some Friday event.  Since it was almost the end of the year I figure it was time to wake up barney.

I'm sure we'll see stuff like this in a Ferrari next year.

This year i'll be watching it from my couch.  But let's take a look at the awesomeness that was last years race.

No Kimi

A bit disappointed that Kimi will be absent for the last 2 races of the 2013 F1 season.  But let's pretend he'll be there with his team mate.

The Comikaze

After attending the Wonder Con in Anaheim a year ago.  I've been fascinated with these comic conventions.  Someday i'd like to check out Comic Con one of these days, but those are so popular, tickets seller faster than my reflexes.  So I go to smaller events like this Comikaze Expo.
