If you're going to use exhaust flanges for spring perches, at least grind them down so it looks like a proper kit. Negative points fo' sho'.

Missing a piece
Created a transmission mount for the Red dog, it ain't the prettiest but it'll hold it's own. You'd think the kit to mount the engine would include the transmission mount. It's like cereal without the milk. Gotta go out to the barn and get it yourself.

Relocate the battery
For the old KP Starlet, the battery is located on the passenger side of the vehicle (its the black plate on the left). Since I'm using the factory u.s. spec 4AGE fuel management system (satisfy the smog nazis in the great state of commiefornia). The air flow meter would be sitting in the original battery spot. Rather than have it mounted in the trunk and lose space, it would be better that I use the real estate that's on the passenger side.

AX 2013
The stench of anime nerds fill the air at the Los Angeles Convention Center, for the annual Anime Expo. Every year I notice it gets more crowded by the long lines of people waiting to get in to the venue.

Red's fuel system
Setting up the fuel system for red October is pretty straight forward as long as you got a plan in hand and all the proper parts for installation. Since i've done a few of these already, I knew what to do already.
