Cooling Buttercup

A few months back I ordered and received and radiator from China. After many distractions and over coming my lethargic tendencies (technical term for laziness), i've finally got around to installing the radiator into ol' Buttercup. As much as i'd like to keep the retained the factory components, the original radiator was already giving up the fight. I had radiator fixed many summers ago and the shop informed me that the radiator was on it's last leg. They did mended it as best they could.and I was able to use it for many years of enjoyment.

Cars & Coffee

Usually the only time I ever wake up early on a weekend, is when I'm headed out for a track day. But this time around I'm up at the crack of dawn to check out a car meet. I've always heard of the Cars & Coffee meet always seen on many blogs, but never got around to checking it out for myself, until now.

Del Mar racing

Being that was the weekend before 8/6, I should be doing something for the purple crush or the gray goose. But that's not the case for me. I could have maybe joined Moto and his FRS cruise of Los Angeles. But I ended up at Del Mar race track for a bit of horse racing action.
